Semi-precious stones and natural pearls are the special gifts of Mother Nature- Gaia. Their diversity, delicacy, light, and brilliance are all enthralling. Humanity has attributed unique healing energy and radiance to them for millennia. A number of books have been published about their beneficial effects on human physiology.
My work has been primarily inspired by artistry and lifestyle of the Art Nouveau movement of the 1920’s and 1930’s. It is enchanting how the sense of liberating independence and the magic of feminine glamour united in this age. In our days, everything is becoming simplified, our lives revolve around practicality, we just wear a pair of jeans with a simple T-shirt. There is nothing wrong with this, but I still love to repaint this mundanity with a touch of feminine sophistication and uniqueness.

WHAT MAKES EACH PIECE OF JEWELLERY UNIQUE?
Every piece of Zaia jewellery is unique or made in limited numbers. There are not two jewels, two women, or two occasions that are the same. The same way a painter would not paint the same picture twice, I myself would also prefer to refrain from mass production.
